Cherry Cobbler Coffee Filter rose

The Dynamic Duos blog is having a Mix & Match week:  Cherry Cobbler and Free Choice Second Color.    I made this pretty rose out of coffee filters.  I used the Floral Frames framelits and cut two flowers each of the three smallest dies.  I ran them under water to saturate them.  Then I dipped a paint brush in Cherry Cobbler ink and ran the brush along the edges of the wet roses.  Laid them on a piece of wax paper to dry.  Used a brad to adhere the layers and crumpled up the flowers.
